Tonight settles who fills Europe's final four World Cup spots. All four finals kick off simultaneously at 20:45 CET.
Italy face Bosnia in Zenica in what is arguably the highest-stakes tie of the window. The Azzurri have missed the last two World Cups and cannot afford another failure. Gennaro Gattuso's side beat Northern Ireland 2-0 in the semis with Sandro Tonali and Moise Kean on target. Bosnia, who eliminated Wales on penalties, host in front of what will be a cauldron atmosphere.
Sweden and Poland meet in Solna with Viktor Gyokeres against Robert Lewandowski the headline battle. Gyokeres has been in unstoppable form and Graham Potter's Sweden are the form team of the playoffs. Poland have the experience of two consecutive World Cups to draw on.
Kosovo host Turkey in Pristina in the most emotionally charged fixture. Kosovo are chasing their first ever World Cup appearance having only joined FIFA in 2016. Turkey, backed by Arda Guler's brilliance, are the significant obstacle.
Denmark travel to Prague as favourites against Czechia, who had to survive penalties to get past Ireland. The Danes demolished North Macedonia 4-0 in the semis and go into the final with momentum.
Four nations go to North America. Four go home. Tonight decides which is which.
